This week, I found 200 open positions for chemists at the German Federal Employment Agency, 135 at Monster, 1105 at Stepstone, and 693 at Indeed.de.
Data from the German Federal Employment Agency hints to a ratio of 5.9 jobseekers per one chemistry job in January, unfortunately it is worse for experts: we have a 10:1 ratio (I guess a diploma/dissertation in chemistry qualifies one as an expert). The numbers did not change a lot in February.
I also did a couple (1, 2, 3, 4) of posts featuring new job openings, mainly picked from one of the mayor job markets mentioned above.
In the future I will try do run an English summary of my posts every Friday. Have a good week-end, all of you!
